1. Can I bring my own plan?

Yes. Most plans can be built in Elizabeth's Pointe. There is an architectural review board that makes sure the plan fits the development, but most plans can be modified even if they are not
exactly like the others in the neighborhood. Plans must be 2000 square feet or larger.

2. How quickly can you build a home?

Each home is different, but we can normally construct a home is 7-9 months.

3. Do you have banks that can finance the home?

We have several lenders that we work with, and they can all help you with financing your new custom home.

4. What if I need to sell my home first?

Although Parr Builders will not sign a contract that is contingent upon the sale of another home,
we will introduce you to TradeMark Properties, our real estate representatives, who will market your property for sale during the construction of your property. TradeMark Properties sells homes quickly by extraordinary marketing efforts.

5. How do I choose colors, appliances, etc.

After construction begins, you will have a schedule to choose your features. You will be given a
"new home handbook" that contains the schedule, and a list of suppliers where you can pick your colors, appliances, fixtures, and lighting. If you have any questions or need help, you can contact us at any time.
